Eliminate the Fear of Approaching Women

Essentially, this article is meant to make available to you a new powerful technique that has never been shared before to large audiences. It is a technique that will help you gain emotional freedom from any type of anxiety. You may say that this is a bold claim. You will see just in a few moments how well it works. You will have the opportunity and the choice of testing right away this technique. More important; you will see how it works on yourself and in your own particular situation.

Approaching Women has always been a bummer for single men looking to get more fun in their lives. This Anxiety (called also Approach Anxiety) is usually felt by men right before they want to engage in a conversation(for the first time) with an attractive woman. For most men, this anxiety has a more complex set of causes that will be probably analyzed in a new article. Here, the main point here is to apply the following technique and then test the results in the real world. If you still feel uneasy in these types of situations; you may apply the exercise more times.

Before doing the exercise; make sure that you are in place where you will not be disturbed for the next few minutes.

The steps of the exercise are:

1. Think of a situation that makes you feel Approach Anxiety. Imagine the scene as real, as it happens right now. Hold the image and the feeling and even make it worse. You can make it worse by imagining that the outcome gets even worse.

2. Inhale part way. If you are of an average lung capacity take around half of the air and hold it. If you are an athlete fill around 25% of your lung capacity.

3. After a few moments(4 to 12 seconds on average) you will begin to feel stressed by holding your breath.

Let the panic and stress come!

It’s getting more and more stressful. Let it build up!

4.Hold it as long as you can. When it gets too much: slowly and calmly let the air out and gently exhale.

Exhale softly and in a relaxed controlled fashion.

(This is key! Do not let it in a gasp at once and do not gulp for air after you finish). Immediately, smile big.

Breath normal and keep smiling.

How do you feel now?

Can you get back to exactly the same feeling?

How do you feel about the situation?

Is it still as intense?

Think about the exact experience that you applied the exercise on. Chances are that you feel a lot more relaxed about the situation. If there is still something that bothers you, go and test the technique on the new issue.
